Sr Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator

• Perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
• Perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance
• Perform a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process, including assembly, inspection, and testing of electronic and mechanical components
• Adhere to quality specifications, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting continuous improvement activities

High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device
• Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking
• Distinct communication and computer skills
• Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications
