We are looking for a highly organized Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual who excels in managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting senior leadership. Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain complex calendars for senior leadership, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of meetings
Organize and oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
Prepare and export documents for internal and external use, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist in organizing conference calls and virtual meetings, ensuring seamless communication among participants
Compile and analyze data for reporting purposes, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, handling correspondence and other tasks as needed
Facilitate the planning and execution of leadership meetings, ensuring all logistical details are addressed
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all activities
Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling for senior-level executives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
Expertise in preparing and exporting detailed documents and reports
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to organize and host conference calls and virtual meetings effectively
High level of proficiency in data analysis and reporting
