Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating conference calls
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while ensuring all travel documents are in order
Oversee the preparation and processing of import and export documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, demonstrating professionalism and urgency
Assist in maintaining organized records, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies
Facilitate the preparation and management of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure alignment on administrative and operational priorities
Support trade show planning and other company events by coordinating logistics and materials
Identify and escalate any administrative or operational issues, working to implement effective resolutions
Perform general office duties such as scanning, filing, and maintaining document control
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or related roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
advanced Excel skills are a plus
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with handling import/export documentation and processes is preferred
Demonstrates a proactive attitude, accountability, and a strong sense of urgency
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience
