Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to leadership and departmental teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managers, and teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, and route communications appropriately
Maintain records, files, and confidential information with discretion
Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
Assist with special projects and support day-to-day office operations
Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably at a senior level
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Nice to have
Experience supporting multiple leaders or departments
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with scheduling, reporting, and office coordination
