Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to Assistant Controller to join our Full Time Engagement Practice. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with expertise in Oracle Fusion and Full Cycle Accounting Management within manufacturing environments. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations and strategy of a dynamic organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
  • Oversee cost accounting processes, including manufacturing cost analysis, to optimize operational efficiency
  • Utilize Oracle Fusion Financials to streamline financial reporting and processes
  • Manage Oracle Supply Chain Management functions to support business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving financial performance
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all financial reports and data
  • Identify and implement best practices in accounting and financial management

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials required
  • Expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing cost analysis
  • Proficiency in balance sheet account reconciliations and financial statement preparation
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams across the organization
  • Ability to work onsite is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA certification highly preferred
