Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and update the General Ledger Chart of Accounts
  • Ensure proper internal controls are in place over financial processes and results
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to consistently meet monthly close deadlines
  • Prepare, review, and post monthly journal entries
  • Create and maintain financial allocations as needed
  • Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and supporting documentation
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Prepare monthly management reporting, including variance and flux analysis
  • Compile financial data and reports for internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Assist with research, interpretation, and documentation of technical accounting issues
  • Support annual audit activities by providing schedules, analysis, and documentation
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience preferred
  • Strong background in full‑cycle accounting, month‑end close, and general ledger reconciliation
  • Experience in financial statement preparation, internal controls, and process improvement

Advanced degree or CPA preferred for senior‑level candidates
