Job Responsibility

  • Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of accounting services
  • Lead meetings with clients to present financial reports and address any inquiries or discrepancies
  • Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and areas of concern
  • Communicate with clients professionally and promptly to build strong working relationships
  • Prepare and finalize monthly financial reports using QuickBooks
  • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and data-related issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist in training new accounting team members as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
