Sr. Accountant

• Oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Manage accounts payable processes with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
• Utilize accounting software, such as Restaurant365 or Craftable, to streamline financial operations
• Prepare and review journal entries to maintain accurate financial records
• Perform month-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with the Controller to provide insights and support for financial decision-making
• Conduct account reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data
• Participate in audits and assist in preparing documentation as needed
• Ensure compliance with major organizational policies and industry standards

• Proven experience in month-end close processes and general ledger management
• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures
• Familiarity with accounting software systems, such as Restaurant365 or Craftable, is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
