Job Responsibility

  • Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring all financial entries are accurate and completed on time
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure financial data integrity
  • Prepare and post journal entries, verifying supporting documentation for accuracy
  • Conduct account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Manage bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash flow records
  • Utilize accounting software to support financial operations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Provide detailed financial reports and analyses to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
  • Experience with bank reconciliations and cash flow management
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
