Job Responsibility:

  • Own month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting for expansive warehouse and distribution operations
  • Partner with operations on inventory costing, vessel/container tracking, and vendor agreements
  • Analyze pricing, seasonal sales cycles, and international purchases to support growth strategies
  • Support audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance—helping ensure industrial-scale agriculture runs smoothly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (required)
  • Minimum 2+ years’ public accounting experience (CPA not required)
  • Strong Excel and ERP system experience
  • proficiency in SAP, Power BI
  • Critical thinking, adaptability, and an eagerness to advance out of public and into corporate accounting
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in month-end close processes, including journal entries and general ledger management
  • Strong skills in account and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial data

  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and global accounting practices
