Job Responsibility

  • Assists the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
  • In charge of the daily cash management and reporting, manages all bank accounts and reports cashflow weekly to Controller
  • Assists the Corporate Accounting Controller with gathering and providing information and documents needed for inquiries of the external auditors
  • Oversees Accounting operations, which include Accounts Receivable & Cash Receipt, Accounts Payable & Cash Disbursement
  • Maintains the General Ledger accounts
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, including balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, and intercompany accounts
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis
  • Partner cross functionally with HR, Operations, Sales, and other departments
  • Performs other duties as assigned
