Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain client relationships by leveraging existing contacts, cold calling, and networking to identify new business opportunities
Negotiate and establish agreements with clients to support their recruiting and staffing needs
Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and create tailored placement strategies
Educate clients on industry trends, salary expectations, and market conditions to guide their hiring strategies
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and offering strategic advice on attracting and retaining talent
Partner with internal teams, including recruiters and coordinators, to ensure seamless interview and placement processes
Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and proprietary databases to manage client accounts and track performance
Attend industry events and networking groups to expand connections and generate leads
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to identify future hiring needs and secure repeat business
Monitor and report on account performance to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, account management, or marketing
Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition is highly preferred
Strong ability to develop and nurture client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills
Interest or background in creative, marketing, advertising, IT project management, or related fields
Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation to drive business growth
Proficiency in leveraging tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
Knowledge of local and national market trends related to employment conditions and salary expectations
Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals and deliver results
