As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of the company's products or services
Implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives
Calls on prospective customers, delivers effective sales presentations, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices
Monitors sales against forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential for the territory
Works closely with clinical specialist/manager, customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Actively listen to customer ideas and needs, and provide timely feedback under minimum supervision
Requirements:
Able to seek and probe sales opportunities according to the needs of customers
Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skills
Position requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies
Must have good organization and time management skills
Ability to understand and adapt to customers' changing needs
Demonstrates business knowledge
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of working experiences in sales function
Healthcare/pharmaceutical/Medical Devices industry experience is preferable
