Job Description:

Our client, a rapidly scaling Series E company in the AI space with over $100m in revenue and $250m in funding is hiring for a Sr. ABM Manager. This person will design and execute high-impact, targeted programs for the company’s most strategic enterprise accounts. Partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations, you’ll drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue through scalable, data-driven ABM initiatives aligned to an enterprise go-to-market motion. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role combining strategy, precision targeting, and multi-channel execution to influence complex B2B buying committees and accelerate deal velocity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and scale a multi-tier ABM strategy (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) aligned to sales priorities
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to identify high-value accounts and develop actionable account insights
  • Plan and execute integrated ABM campaigns across digital, content, direct mail, events, and executive programs
  • Enable sales with messaging, playbooks, and content that support ABM outreach and deal progression
  • Define success metrics, measure impact on pipeline and revenue, and optimize based on performance
