Job Description:

You’ll be asked to share examples of time-sensitive or action-required emails, such as: Travel updates, Utility notices, One-time passwords (OTP), Login or account credential notifications, Calendar invites and changes, Reminders, Lease renewals, Financial alerts, Email verifications, Digital signatures, Hiring notifications. Your contributions will help improve how AI understands real customer communications — making digital assistants and email systems smarter and more intuitive.

Requirements:

Native speaker of one of the listed languages
Updated CV uploaded in OneForma
Passing required certifications with a score of 80 or higher
Reviewing the Guidelines Module before participating
Emails must be time-sensitive, requiring user attention or action within a specific timeframe
Only automated emails from legitimate business domains (no personal or spam emails), which are written entirely in the target language
Original emails only (no forwarded or replied messages — exclude any with “Fwd:” or “Re:” in the subject line)
