This role offers the unique opportunity to serve as a critical technical liaison, ensuring our cloud and self-hosted environments run at peak efficiency while delivering world-class support to our diverse network of customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mastermind SQL data manipulation, troubleshooting, and complex performance tuning in cloud environments
  • Solve high-stakes technical mysteries, including data inconsistencies and application errors, while working directly with customers to resolve critical live issues
  • Collaborate with engineering to implement performance optimizations and monitor production environments for sustainable, high-speed operation
  • Champion knowledge sharing by developing technical articles and documenting innovative troubleshooting steps for a global audience
  • Spearhead software migrations and upgrades, guiding customers through technical transformations to keep their businesses at the cutting edge

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in writing complex Microsoft Transact-SQL queries and troubleshooting triggers, views, and stored procedures
  • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft Reporting Services, Financial Statements Reporting, or Crystal Reports troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience managing SQL Server Database Administration and relational database concepts in AWS or Azure
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills combined with a talent for clear, professional customer communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience in database support

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with the commercial construction industry, including job costing, payroll, or project management workflows
  • Experience using remote desktop takeover tools like Bomgar, Zoom, or WebEx for technical support
