This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a manufacturing environment by developing business intelligence solutions and fostering strong vendor and client relationships. Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, ensuring their needs are met effectively
  • Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards with a focus on design and usability
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to address technical and operational needs
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery
  • Provide outstanding customer service by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Utilize EDI expertise to support data exchange processes and troubleshoot related challenges
  • Work with SQL Server Business Intelligence tools to analyze and present data
  • Assist in creating and implementing business intelligence solutions tailored to organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and solutions in alignment with project timelines

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server Business Intelligence and EDI processes
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client and vendor relationships
  • Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
