Job Description:

This position will be responsible for Metallic – Casting, Forging & Machining and will be based at Greater Noida Plant. This position will be responsible for driving all new part development & current product improvement activities for Casting, Forging & Machining Cluster.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for Casting, Forging & Machining cluster for development of parts
Performing APQP & Conducting PPAP
New Product development - To perform various activities of Design Reviews, Technical feasibility with suppliers, Supplier Interactions, Development Plans, Technical support to meet project timelines
Current Product Management - To support Plant quality team in resolving current product issues and improvement
Quality & Reliability improvement by closing CPM Profiles
Planning and undertaking Supplier Improvement plans through Reactive/ Preventive and Proactive approach
To interact with peers of various functions like Purchasing, PD, Plant Quality, PDP
Has to interact on activities like NPD bottlenecks, technical evaluation of suppliers, PIR resolution, Current product improvement, support to supply chain bottlenecks etc.

Requirements:

Diploma /BE / B.Tech in Mechanical
7-10 years experience in handling SQA / SQE in an automotive organization handling Metallic -Casting /Forging/Machining
