We are recruiting a Sprinkler Sales Representative to drive growth within the Fort Myers, FL market. This role is responsible for the full sales lifecycle of fire sprinkler systems—from initial estimation and budgeting to the final contract close. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise and accurate project scopes. This position requires a seamless bridge between sales and operations, ensuring high-quality project handoffs and maintaining a robust pipeline through proactive communication and strategic account management.
Job Responsibility:
Establish contact with prospective and qualified potential buyers of new installations, system modifications, upgrades and service by scheduling sales calls, managing existing relationships, and following up on leads
Contact prospective customers of new commercial fire sprinkler systems
Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and communicate effectively system requirements to the client
Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support established sales goals
Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships to ensure our services exceeds clients’ expectations
Meet the key objectives of the annual business and commission plan
Requirements:
3+ years plus experience in the fire protection industry – field, estimating, or design
Prior sales experience preferably in the fire protection industry
Strong working knowledge of life safety and NFPA codes
Ability to write strong and concise fire protection scopes for a wide variety of project applications
Fire sprinkler system estimating skills
Viable local relationships with General Contractors in the local market
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills working in a team environment
