Job Responsibility

Engage with residents and guests to provide a memorable dining experience by taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving food & beverages according to service standards, courteously and efficiently
Collect payments when necessary
Assist in the appearance and maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment
Provide a high level of customer service at all times
Anticipate resident’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant(s) operations, proper table set-up and dress code
Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and/or General Manager
Set tables in accordance to Coterie standards
Serve residents and guests meals and beverages as requested
Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations
