Job Responsibility

Develop and implement reusable components, frameworks, and enterprise-specific solutions
Work closely with Business Analysts and Stakeholders to understand and refine business processes
Model and implement complex business rules, service level agreements (SLAs), and routing logic
Optimize existing processes for efficiency and automation
Integrate PEGA applications with other internal and external systems using various integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, Kafka, database connectors)
