Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Sports Mentor to join the team at Lime Hills Academy. This role focuses on supporting students with SEMH needs, using sport and physical activity as a key tool to engage, motivate, and support emotional and behavioural development. You will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, both within the academy and through structured sports-based and pastoral interventions. As a Sports Mentor, you will act as a positive and active role model, using sport to help students develop teamwork, resilience, discipline, and confidence. You will play a key role in supporting students who may present with challenging behaviours, using a calm, consistent, and proactive approach.
