Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Active/Unrestricted Medical License
  • Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery or Sports Medicine
  • 5-7 years Residency Training Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
  • Licensed Physician Required
