Hold a coaching award, sports certification, activity leadership qualification, or have at least two years’ experience working with children in a sports environment
Genuine passion for caring for and coaching children in sports
Confident in the water and either already hold, or are willing to obtain, a pool safety certification
Confident communicating in English with international colleagues and guests of all ages
Consistently positive team player, ready to learn and adapt to the demands of the role, including working in direct sun and heat

Job Responsibility

Focus on planning and delivering safe family programmes, as well as a wide range of sport sessions, daytime activities to guests of all ages and nationalities
Plan and deliver various sports and activities adapting to different abilities and ages, following all guidelines provided
Follow high standards of childcare whilst hosting teens and junior type of activities and events to cater the high season programmes
Take part in events such as team days and entertainment events as part of a “one team” ethos to deliver the best possible holiday experience especially for young guests
Actively promoting and selling your activities and sessions to encourage maximum attendance
