As a Sports Data Operator. You’ll help power our live products by collecting and validating real-time tracking and play-by-play data using specialised in-house software. You’ll confirm teams, lineups, and players with precision; monitor events as they happen; and flag issues to Game Supervisors contributing feedback in post-game reviews so we continuously raise the bar on quality. This role is an entry-level position with a Service provider contract, remote position Colombia-based.

Requirements
Passion for sports with working knowledge of Basketball and Football (rules, lineups, gameplay)
Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset
high accuracy in live environments
Strong English communication and solid computer literacy
quick to learn specialised tools
Reliable, punctual, and self-directed, comfortable working with minimal supervision
Calm under pressure with excellent time management and multitasking during live games
Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (min. 10 hrs/week)
Reliable high-speed internet (≥50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a suitable remote setup
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with sports data entry, play-by-play QA, or tracking systems
Prior work in live operations, game supervision, or quality assurance
Comfort with basic reporting/dashboards (e.g., spreadsheets) to share findings and trends
