Job Responsibility

Ensure all areas and activities are opened, set up, inspected and locked as per the facility programme and in accordance with the daily rota
Comply with the Operations Manual, undertake building checks and ensure the appropriate accident and defects reporting procedures are followed
Provide a high standard of customer care at all times
Present a friendly, efficient and helpful service to the public
Undertake cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying of litter bins, polishing and dusting of designated areas
Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning in the correct manner within COSHH regulations
Use any machinery provided and ensure it is cleaned and stored in accordance with manufacturer's instructions
