Join Easygo’s Sponsorships team and take ownership of shaping and delivering sponsorship strategies across LATAM and Spanish-speaking markets for our leading brands, Stake and KICK. You’ll work on high-impact partnerships in sports and entertainment, developing creative activations that resonate locally while making a measurable impact on brand performance. You’ll be the bridge between the business and local markets, managing a portfolio of partnerships, building trusted relationships with rights holders and ensuring every activation - from livestreams to influencer collaborations is executed flawlessly. No two days are the same: you’ll oversee sponsorship planning and strategy, coordinate campaigns, track performance metrics, manage budgets and bring fresh, innovative ideas that elevate our brands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day sponsorships across LATAM and Spanish-speaking markets for Easygo’s global portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, rights holders, athletes and brand ambassadors
  • Act as the main point of contact for local markets, ensuring alignment with HQ and escalating when needed
  • Contribute to sponsorship strategies and develop creative activations across digital, social, broadcast and on-ground platforms
  • Evaluate opportunities using ROI metrics and integrate deliverables across campaigns and content calendars
  • Lead campaign development, coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver engaging activations including video shoots, livestreams, VIP experiences and influencer collaborations
  • Track, analyse, and report on sponsorship KPIs, providing insights and updates to stakeholders
  • Support budget planning, monitor spend and ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or sports/entertainment marketing, ideally within LATAM or Spanish-speaking markets
  • Fluent in Spanish with strong English communication skills
  • Proven track record in negotiating, managing and activating sponsorships across sports, esports, or entertainment
  • Strong cultural understanding of LATAM and Spanish-speaking markets, audiences and regulatory environments
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills with the ability to deliver under pressure
  • Commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to assess ROI and align opportunities to brand strategy
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Portuguese fluency (Brazilian)
