Job Description:

This role involves the implementation of CRM systems and email marketing platforms to increase brand awareness and improve campaign planning.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data
Implement email marketing platforms to effectively communicate with customers
Utilize email service providers to send, receive, and track emails
Apply analytics to interpret trends and make data-driven decisions
Adhere to best practices in all marketing and engagement initiatives
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness among customers
Participate in campaign planning to ensure effective and efficient marketing efforts

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Engagement & Membership Management
Proficiency in CRM platforms, with a focus on utilizing these tools for member engagement and management
Strong skills in using Email Marketing Platforms and Email Service Providers to effectively communicate with members and partners
Familiarity with analytics tools, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive engagement and management strategies
Knowledge of best practices in member engagement and management, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
Proven ability to enhance brand awareness through strategic marketing and member engagement initiatives
Experience in campaign planning, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies to increase member engagement and attract new partnerships
