The Corporate Events Sponsorship Manager manages the enterprise’s B2B and community sponsorship governance process and delivers comprehensive reporting and insights for the Corporate Events team, various business units and leadership. This role oversees the sponsorship review and approval lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand, business objectives, and investment impact. In addition, the Sponsorship Manager develops reporting frameworks, identifies trends across sponsorships and events, and supports amplification efforts to maximize value and visibility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the intake, evaluation, and execution of all B2B sponsorship requests
  • maintain consistent standards, documentation, and approval workflows
  • Serve as the primary contact for sponsorship inquiries and ensure timely, accurate processing within CyberGrants
  • Track and approve internal conference attendance to ensure compliance with thresholds, guidelines, and budgets
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for sponsorship and event metrics, including spend, usage, performance, and strategic alignment
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the sponsorship and event portfolio to inform business decisions
  • Maintain weekly reporting and provide regular updates to Corporate Events leadership and stakeholders
  • Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Events to ensure sponsorship benefits are effectively activated and amplified
  • Continuously streamline processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of sponsorship experience working with internal and external customers in a highly complex business organizations
  • Highly organized and process-oriented in work functions
  • Dedicated and focused with the ability to prioritize and compete multiple competing tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and clearly communicate complex data effectively across all levels within Enterprise
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of complex business organizations
