An opportunity to join our Sponsorship Marketing team where you’ll be a crucial contributor to managing and growing Easygo’s sponsorship portfolio. This role involves key responsibilities where you will develop and maintain strong relationships with our brand’s sponsorship partners, manage communications, as well as review and ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the development and execution of sponsorship strategies and content planning for Stake’s F1 team, Everton Football Club, the UFC, as well as brand ambassadors
Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned sponsorship partnerships, ensuring all contractual obligations and deliverables are met accurately and on time
Work closely with the Head of Sponsorships and Sponsorships Lead to ensure all agreements are documented, approved and fulfilled
Ensure timely and effective communication with external sponsorship partners and agencies
Act as a primary operational point of contact for assigned partners, agencies and talent representatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs and objectives while prioritising Stake and/or Kick marketing strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to convey sponsorship requirements and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
Collaborate with respective sponsorship account managers to ideate and execute unique and high-engagement activations into the overall marketing plans
Ensure Stake and Kick receive the agreed-upon visibility and benefits during the partnership
Coordinate logistics for sponsorships, including activations setup, promo offers and promotional materials
Work alongside teams such as Affiliation, Social Media, SEO, Paid Media, Design and Promotions to create marketing materials and content for brand ambassadors and team partners
Ensure content aligns with marketing strategy and communicates the brand message
Lead content ideation and development for Stake and Kick’s partnership portfolio, focusing on short-form social content
Analyze and report on the performance of sponsorships, deliverables, and event activations, providing insights and recommendations
Track sponsorship KPIs, deliverables, timelines and outputs using internal systems
Assist in the development and management of sponsorship budgets
Monitor spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets and provide updates to the Head of Sponsorships and Chief Marketing Officer
Ensure all sponsorship activity complies with contractual terms, internal approvals, and regional regulatory and advertising requirements
Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, deliverables lists, approvals and execution records
Identify and flag risks, issues or scope changes early, escalating as appropriate
Stay informed about industry trends in iGaming, digital media, sports, entertainment and live streaming
Propose innovative ideas for activations and partnerships to enhance the sponsorship portfolio
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business or a related field
2–3 years’ experience in sponsorship coordination or related marketing roles
Experience supporting or managing partnerships, campaigns or brand activations within sports, entertainment, media or a related industry
A strong understanding of the global sports landscape, especially Football (Soccer) and Mixed Martial Arts / UFC
Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging external partners, agencies and talent
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail across documentation, approvals and execution
Experience supporting campaign delivery across digital, social, broadcast and live channels
Comfort working with trackers, contracts and deliverables, translating them into actionable plans
Ability to think from both consumer and brand perspectives while protecting brand integrity
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, Mixpanel/Tableau and other relevant marketing tools
Experience with social media campaigns on Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube and Kick
Copywriting experience in sports/entertainment
Experience working with sports agencies or talent managers
Understanding of the sportsbook and casino category
