Job Description:

The Sponsor Content Manager will oversee sponsor communications and content execution across multiple large-scale events. This role requires strong stakeholder management, operational rigor, and the ability to manage high-volume communications while delivering a seamless sponsor experience. The ideal candidate brings a blend of event content management expertise, technical proficiency, and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external sponsors to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end sponsor communications across multiple concurrent event programs, supporting 250+ sponsors
  • Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors and internal teams to ensure alignment on content requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee high-volume communication workflows (1,000+ tickets/emails annually) using customer service platforms such as Zendesk, maintaining rapid response times and white-glove service
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans, including timelines, messaging frameworks, and sponsor guidance materials
  • Create and distribute custom HTML email communications using email marketing tools (e.g., Email Builder)
  • Maintain and optimize content workflows, schedules, and data tracking using tools such as Airtable
  • Manage and organize sponsor data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems
  • Develop comprehensive resource documentation and toolkits to support sponsor onboarding and content submission processes
  • Analyze communication and content performance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with event, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsor-related content workstreams

Requirements:

  • 3–4+ years of experience in event content management, marketing operations, or sponsor/vendor coordination
  • Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise-level events (technical conference experience highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Airtable for workflow management and data organization
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook for professional communications and high-volume inbox management
  • Working knowledge of HTML for email development and customization
  • Experience using customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk) to manage ticketing systems and communications
  • Strong data management and organizational skills, including experience with sorting and managing large datasets for communications (e.g., speaker/sponsor coordination)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quick turnaround times while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy
