Montefiore is seeking to appoint an additional Spiritual and Cultural Coordinator to join their creative and energetic close-knit team. This is a permanent full-time or part-time (four days per week) position. Some afterhours work will be required during the Jewish festivals. Reporting to the Spiritual & Cultural Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating all aspects of the Spiritual and Cultural department
Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective running of events and activities
Coordinating, managing and implementing all aspects of Shabbat and Jewish Festivals, including supporting the intergenerational programs
Requirements:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
The ability to juggle multiple priorities
Is efficient, takes initiative, and is a self-starter
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Ideally has experience in event coordination
Genuine desire to work with older members of our community
Compassionate
Brilliant interpersonal skills
Positive attitude
