Job Description:

The Sphere Attendants are responsible for admitting attendees to theater screenings and providing the best possible experience for guests. Directs and controls the flow of traffic through exhibits and assists with functions relating to the safety, maintenance and experience of the theater and exhibit.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting guests as they enter the theater
  • Taking tickets
  • Maintaining an accurate count of guests
  • Handing out and collecting 3D glasses
  • Facilitating the automated cleaning of 3D glasses throughout the day
  • Directing guests to their seats
  • Introducing the presentations
  • Starting the video presentations using iPad control to start the show

Requirements:

  • Ability to interact with guests while facilitating smooth entry and exits of our guests through the theater
  • Must be able to work flexible hours throughout the day and occasional evenings, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work efficiently in a flexible and constantly changing work environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with other employees and effectively work as a team, as well as independently to perform all job requirements
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
