As a Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist), you will be instrumental in empowering individuals across the lifespan by evaluating and treating a diverse range of communication and swallowing disorders. You will address challenges related to speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, auditory processing, and/or dysphagia, significantly enhancing patients' functional abilities and quality of life.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose communication and swallowing impairments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapeutic interventions
Collaborate closely with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic care
Facilitate functional independence
Support optimal recovery in various settings
Requirements:
Master’s Degree Speech-Language Pathology
License Washington State as Speech-Language Pathologist
Certification ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence within one (1) year
