Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our warm and welcoming team in Hallam, VIC.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload
  • Provide direct, family-based, and community-based support to children with developmental delays and/or disabilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care
  • Engage with families and stakeholders to provide education, support, and advocacy
  • Continuously evaluate and refine your practice to ensure best-practice service delivery

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration
  • A passion for working with children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse, team-based environment
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Experience with paediatric clients and confidence working closely with families is highly valued
  • Up-to-date compliance checks (or willingness to obtain): WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence & Vehicle
