At Early Start Australia (ESA) Armadale, we are a vibrant, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy—and we’re excited to welcome a new Speech Pathologist to our growing clinic.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality assessment and intervention for clients across the lifespan with a broad range of developmental and communication needs
  • Service delivery includes: In-clinic sessions
  • Community visits (homes, schools, childcare)

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership (current or eligible)
  • Experience supporting children and/or individuals with disability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and across diverse cultures
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and collaborative care
