Speech Language Therapist

Our client is a reputable and established hospital in Malaysia. Reporting to the Unit Supervisor. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Speech-Language Rehabilitation Unit to ensure operational efficiency and goal attainment; Design, implement, and conduct activities adhering to current best practices in clinical management; Monitor and analyze trends in departmental key performance indicators; Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with mild speech-language and swallowing disorders; Administer therapeutic interventions for patients with mild speech-language and/or swallowing difficulties; Offer consultation and guidance to patients and/or their caregivers regarding mild speech-language and swallowing concerns
