Job Responsibility

Delivering a mix of 1:1 and small group interventions
Supporting EHCP processes, including annual reviews and report writing
Completing baseline assessments for new and transitioning students
Delivering staff training and providing classroom-based support
Upskilling support staff to carry out interventions
Contributing to whole-school communication strategies
Working collaboratively within weekly MDT meetings
Supporting the ongoing development of the SaLT provision as the school grows
