Job Description

Aspire of WNY is seeking a Full time Speech Pathology Supervisor to lead the Speech Therapy Department in a school setting located in Cheektowaga, NY. The Center for Learning provides services to students with disabilities, ages three to 21 years old.

Job Responsibility

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment among speech therapy staff
  • Lead and coordinate staff in our clinical programs/services
  • Oversee the speech therapy services provided to students
  • Evaluate and assess speech, language and communication abilities and limitations using standardized and non-standardized procedures
  • Develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
  • NY State Speech Therapist license
  • ASHA certification of Clinical Competence or eligibility required
