AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st grade students in Steger, Illinois. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and runs through May 29th, 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students across a variety of ages and abilities and contribute to their multimodal communication development. You’ll work alongside another speech-language pathologist in the building, as well as a multidisciplinary team to address speech and language needs while growing within a supportive and mission-driven organization.
Job Responsibility:
Provide full-time speech and language therapy services from 7:25am-2:50pm, Monday-Friday, to Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st grade students
Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address early speech and language developmental needs
Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders
Utilize IEP system for management and compliance
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities
Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing)
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (IDFPR and PEL)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP
