As our Speech Language Pathologist, you will be a vital clinician, expertly assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders to significantly improve patient quality of life.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for all referred patients
Implement individualized treatment plans
Contribute clinical expertise to develop/upgrade treatment programs/protocols
Actively shape departmental and organizational goals
Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served
Evaluate assigned patients within the guidelines established by the therapist and in compliance with departmental policies and procedures
Implement competent treatment and perform regular reassessments for the purpose of treatment modification
Complete all required documentation and maintain pertinent records of all assigned patients
Demonstrate the ability to be efficient and productive by organizing job duties and responsibilities
Maintain effective communication regarding Therapy programs and departmental issues
Requirements:
Masters Of Science Speech Pathology from a school accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Prior student or work experience in a Rehab setting.
