  • Evaluate assigned patients within the guidelines established by the therapist and in compliance with departmental policies and procedures
  • Implement competent treatment and perform regular reassessments for the purpose of treatment modification
  • Complete all required documentation and maintain pertinent records of all assigned patients
  • Demonstrate the ability to be efficient and productive by organizing job duties and responsibilities
  • Maintain effective communication regarding Therapy programs and departmental issues
