AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to Pre-K students in Quincy, Massachusetts. This full-time FMLA role begins January 5th, 2026 and runs through June 18th, 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students across a variety of abilities and contribute to their speech and language development. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to address students’ speech and language needs while growing within a supportive and mission-driven organization.
Job Responsibility:
Provide full-time speech and language therapy services Monday-Friday, 7:35AM – 1:50PM, to Pre-K students
Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs
Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders
Utilize IEP system for management and compliance
Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities
Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing)
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts (DESE and mass.gov)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP
