Job Description:

Band 8 Principal Speech and Language Therapist. Location: London. Role Type: Permanent. Salary: £48,000 - £55,000. Sponsorship offered. Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Principal Speech and Language Therapist to join a service in London within a clinic-based setting, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a clinical caseload within a clinic-based setting
  • Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration
  • Significant experience in speech and language therapy
  • Experience in a senior or leadership role
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
