Job Description:

Randstad Education is recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to work with children facing speech, language, and communication difficulties. You will assess, diagnose, and develop treatment programs to enhance communication and improve overall quality of life for students.

Job Responsibility:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities
Develop personalised treatment plans and therapy programs to improve communication skills
Support individuals with swallowing and feeding difficulties
Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication development
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Support early intervention for children with speech or language delays

Requirements:

Experience in handling children and young people
Excellent communication skills
Ability to understand the needs of the children
Understanding the mechanics of speech and hearing
Customising and developing therapy for individual needs
Eligibility to work in the UK
Enhanced child DBS on the update service
