Bright Futures, Inspired By You. We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist join our expanding Therapeutic Team in the Manchester area, schools based in Oldham, Wigan and Oldham. The job role will involve working across 3 school sites with children aged 5-19 in a specialist SEN/SEMH environment, the job role will be a Full Time role working Term Time only. Job Responsibility
Manage your own caseload of schools to provide high levels of support and consultation for operational colleagues
Provide therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to enable them to support young people throughout their journey with Horizon
To be responsible for assessments, goal setting and recommendations for therapeutic support for your own caseload
To develop, write and regularly review/update therapeutic goals for children and young people in education
To develop and contribute to the delivery of therapeutic and psychological training to all staff in the organisation as part of the Therapeutic Academy

Requirements
HCPC registered
BSc registered Speech and Language Therapist
Experience of working with Children and Young People or relevant demonstrable transferable skills
A desire to support services through embedding therapeutic practice
Experience of teaching, training and/or supervision
Well-developed skills in the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
Ability to work autonomously with the support from individual and peer supervision
Ability to role model behaviours and attitudes in line with organisational values
A sound understanding of Microsoft Office components, including knowledge of Excel, Teams and SharePoint
Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
