Speech and Language Therapist

• Manage a specialist PMLD caseload with complex communication needs
• Complete comprehensive communication and dysphagia assessments
• Develop and implement individualised therapy and care plans
• Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Provide training and guidance to staff supporting students
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

• HCPC registration
• Extensive experience in paediatric speech and language therapy, ideally with PMLD
• Strong knowledge of dysphagia and complex communication needs
• Ability to work independently within an educational setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
