Job Description

We’re looking for experienced Speech and Language Therapists with a special interest and experience in Brain Injury rehabilitation to join our supportive and friendly team.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality assessments, reports, and therapy sessions within a multidisciplinary team
  • Travel to client’s homes/school and possible other provisions

Requirements

  • Experience in Brain Injury rehabilitation
  • Speech and Language Therapy qualification

  • Use specialist clinical skills to make efficient, evidence-based decisions on diagnosis and next steps based on case history, referral information, observation, and assessment
  • Provide clear, empathic, and accessible feedback to parents/carers, and identify and initiate appropriate onward referrals where needed
  • Produce succinct, high-quality reports for families and professionals reflecting specialist knowledge
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Early Years team for the allocated sessions, demonstrating strong communication, flexibility, and advanced problem-solving skills alongside responsibilities within their substantive role
