Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech and Language Teacher to provide services for approximately six weeks at the high school level. The successful candidate will work with students with a range of disabilities, providing speech and language therapy in accordance with IEP goals and supporting students’ communication development in an educational setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse learning needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and related service providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid New York State Certification as a Speech and Language Teacher
  • Experience working with high school students preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
