Job Responsibility
Identify and capture new B2B project opportunities across government, commercial, hospitality, residential, and asset refurbishment (A&A) sectors
Establish and cultivate deep relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, contractors, and interior designers
Manage major customer accounts, structure technical sales proposals, and deliver compelling product presentations
Lead, mentor, and oversee a small team of sales professionals to optimize market coverage and hit corporate targets
Gather regional market intelligence regarding competitor pricing, product trends, and emerging industry players
Represent the brand at major trade exhibitions and promotional events to maximize industry exposure
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
At least 2 to 5 years of successful B2B project sales experience, preferably within building materials, construction, or smart technology
Proven track record as a 'hunter' with existing networks among architects, designers, or main contractors
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and high-level stakeholder management skills
Highly adaptable, strategic mindset with the flexibility to travel frequently for client consultations
